Reduces the risk of ketosis

Glucolac 40 Plus

Glucolac 40 Plus

As a consequence of the higher energy requirement and a reduction in dry matter intake around calving/lambing, dairy cows and ewes can develop ketosis. Farm-O-San Glucolac 40 Plus reduces the risk of ketosis.

Dairy cows should be fed 600 g of Farm-O-San Glucolac 40 Plus per animal per day during the last 2 weeks before until 6 weeks after calving. Ewes should be fed 60 g/animal/day the last 6 weeks before and the first 3 weeks after lambing.

Farm-O-San Glucolac 40 Plus contains propylene glycol infused into chicory pulp and a number of minerals and vitamins that stimulate liver function.

Farm-O-San Glucolac 40 Plus provides glucogenic energy and reduces the risk of problems related to negative energy balance in dairy cows and sheep. It is highly palatable and can be fed or mixed in a TMR easily.
